After having been the architectural services director at Rona for almost 10 years, Daniel Therrien created his own company which offers house plans as well as renovation and exterior project plans. Even if he already mastered the architectural side of his new company, he had to develop new skills for it to flourish such as marketing and business administration. Knowing that success relies on a diverse pool of talents, he quickly surrounded himself with talented people including his team of architectural technologists who did not hesitate to follow him on this new adventure. “The fact that extremely talented people followed me when I created Planimage really helped it prosper. I’m proud to say that most of the original crew is still around today,” states Daniel Therrien. Indeed, personnel has remained stable in this company which definitely has a family business feel to it.
