However, since construction standards and building codes vary a lot from one province, town or country to another, Planimage cannot guarantee that all plans fully comply with the standards of the countries, provinces or municipalities where plans are purchased and where houses will be built. Furthermore, because of various factors, mainly climate differences, force of wind, abundance of rain or snow falls, or the types of soil—clayey or sandy— in seismically active areas, amongst others, Planimage cannot guaranty full compliance of these plans. To make sure that a plan meets the construction standards and regulations of your province, town or country, you will have to verify with local builders, contractors or other authorities concerned.
