When Covid-19 appeared we all had to adapt to this new reality as it is here for a while yet. Some have decided that this was the perfect time to move or to renovate while others have become self-sufficient by creating their first garden. Others decided to push self-sufficiency to new heights such as Benoit, a survivalist. See his story on page eight and ten where we can see that he has attained the independence and comfort he craved. In the same vein, page 12 presents Andréa Galarneau, a wild plant specialist.
